Job summary

RectorSeal, based in Houston, seeks a Training Manager to lead technical and product development training across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction lines. Hybrid work arrangement supports collaboration with Technical Services, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.

You will architect the future training ecosystem, build scalable programs, manage instructor-led and digital learning, and guide a growing team of trainers as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in product training, technical training, corporate learning, instructional design, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Engineering, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead design and maintenance of training programs across product, technical, sales, and distribution channels.
• Serve as LMS administrator and champion of digital learning platforms.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure training impact and organizational performance.
