Job summary

RectorSeal in Houston is seeking an experienced Training Manager, Technical and Product Development to lead the evolution of our training organization. Based in the Houston area, this hybrid role will develop, deliver, and expand training programs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and construction portfolios.

You will bridge Technical Services, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to create scalable learning experiences, build a future team of trainers, and establish a long‑term strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Engineering, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in product training, technical training, corporate learning, instructional design, or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with company objectives and growth initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain training programs for Product, Technical, Sales, Marketing, Distributor, Contractor, and Customer education.
• Serve as LMS administrator and strategy owner, expanding digital learning offerings and platforms.
