We offer virtual reality and live equipment training, a structured 4-year curriculum, and an apprenticeship with the Department of Labor to build careers in a fast-evolving field.

The role includes leading training initiatives, utilizing MS Office and Service Titan, and coordinating with teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as HVAC Technician with service/installation experience
• Customer service experience required
• Driver's license, clean driving record; able to pass background and drug screening
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure
• NATE certifications preferred but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel experience required
• Experience with Service Titan Software preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC training programs for technicians, including virtual reality and live equipment sessions
• Coordinate with apprenticeship program and Department of Labor to grow curriculum
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development for staff
