Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with goals and compliance.
• Evaluate current initiatives and implement improvements.
• Apply adult learning principles to ensure effective, engaging programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address skill gaps.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure accessibility.
• Manage multimedia training materials and learning tools.
• Monitor program effectiveness via feedback and data analysis.
• Manage projects and timelines within the Training Department to ensure successful delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support development needs.
