Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field with at least 5 years in training design or learning and development.
• Proven experience in developing and managing training programs within a manufacturing, scientific, or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and translating it into engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of high-impact training programs that align with goals and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate existing training initiatives; recommend and implement enhancements to improve outcomes, engagement, and retention.
• Apply adult learning principles to ensure programs are relevant and results-oriented.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess skill gaps and create targeted development solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and learning technologies; oversee training documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and manage multimedia training materials using modern tools and formats.
• Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage projects and timelines within the Training Department to ensure delivery.
• Perform other duties to support business and employee development needs.
