Lonza seeks a Training Program Manager to lead strategic learning at the Walkersville, MD site. This full-time, onsite role follows a 5-day workweek with a competitive base salary. You will drive design, development, and delivery of high-impact training aligned with compliance and organizational goals.

You will evaluate existing programs, apply adult learning principles, and partner with cross-functional teams to close skill gaps and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, OD or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing and managing training programs in manufacturing or technical settings.
• Strong ability to apply Adult Learning Theory to engage learners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs aligned with goals and compliance.
• Evaluate training initiatives and implement enhancements to improve outcomes and retention.
• Apply adult learning principles to ensure engaging, interactive programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of learning trends and ensure training documentation is accurate.
