Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two years of related professional experience.
• Experience coordinating training programs, facilitating learning experiences, instructional design, learning management systems, or employee development initiatives.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate engaging in-person, virtual, and online learning experiences.
• Develop training materials, job aids, guides, and competency-based learning tools.
• Administer learning management systems and track participation, completion, and learning outcomes.
• Coordinate leadership and supervisor development programs.
• Partner with academic and administrative units to improve training content, accessibility, and effectiveness.
• Support the creation of role-based learning pathways for employees at all levels.
• Analyze training data and provide insights to support continuous improvement and organizational development initiatives.
