Delta Faucet Company is seeking a strategic Director of Trade Marketing Content & Communications to lead the development and execution of content and communication strategies for trade audiences across brands.

The role partners with Product, Sales, Channel Marketing, Brand Marketing, Training, Luxury, and Sales Enablement to align business priorities with clear, impactful communications that drive commercial growth and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and leading integrated content and communication strategies for B2B or multi-brand environments.
• Expertise across written, visual, digital, and multimedia content.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of brand management and consistency across brands and audiences.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer journeys supporting growth.
• Strong project and portfolio management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trade Communication Strategy across brands and segments.
• Oversee trade messaging, calendars, workflows, and approval structures.
• Define channels mix and optimize reach and engagement.
• Direct content strategy and development for trade assets (price books, catalogs, campaigns).
• Build cross-functional partnerships and align priorities with senior leaders.
