Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Director of Trade Content & Communications to lead the end-to-end trade content strategy. You will shape messaging, calendars and asset development across multiple brands, coordinating with Product, Sales, Channel Marketing and Brand Marketing to drive commercial growth.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in B2B or multi-brand environments, exceptional writing, and the ability to influence senior leaders while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
• 8+ years of experience leading integrated content and communication strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trade Communication Strategy aligned with business, brand and trade priorities.
• Develop messaging frameworks and channel plans for trade audiences.
• Oversee content development for price books, catalogs, product-launch content, and CRM assets.
• Manage governance, workflows, approvals and content production timelines.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Channel Marketing and Brand Marketing to deliver cohesive experiences.
