Job summary

Delta Faucet Company seeks a strategic Director of Trade Marketing Content & Communications to lead end-to-end trade content, messaging, and channel plans. You will align priorities with Product, Sales, Channel Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Training teams to drive commercial growth.

You will own content development for price books, catalogs, digital campaigns, CRM assets, and sales tools, ensuring on-brand, audience-focused communications that scale across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in integrated content/communication strategies, B2B or multi-brand env.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple brands and audiences.
• Experience leading content and channel strategy across digital, print, and CRM assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated trade communication strategy aligned with brand and stakeholder priorities.
• Own messaging frameworks, audience strategies, and channel plans for trade.
• Translate complex priorities into clear, actionable communications for trade audiences.
• Create and manage an integrated trade communication calendar across functions.
• Establish governance, workflows, and approval processes for communications.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align priorities and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
