Job summary

ServiceNow is hiring a Technical Program Manager within the Security Organization to bring delivery discipline to three connected programs: Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and Attack Surface Management. You’ll manage the OKR and epic portfolio and align priorities with engineering teams’ backlogs to protect and optimize our security posture.

You will coordinate cross-team dependencies, track risks, and provide executive-ready status updates and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or using AI-powered tools.
• 12+ years of program or project management in software, security, or infrastructure.
• Track record managing multi-team programs with competing priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning in enterprise tools (ServiceNow Agile).
• Experience managing OKRs and tying delivery to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
• The ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OKR and epic portfolio across all three programs, including creation, refinement, sequencing, and status tracking.
• Lead ongoing reprioritization as scope and demand change and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Work with team leads, so each team's agile funnel reflects current priorities and supports committed delivery dates.
• Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, and drive them to resolution or elevate early.
• Produce executive-ready status, risk, and progress reporting for the whole portfolio.
• Run gate reviews and go/no-go checkpoints for major milestones.
• Model team capacity against competing priorities and raise conflicts early.
• Build repeatable standards, such as OKR governance and intake and planning templates, that scale across teams.
