Job summary

ServiceNow in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Security to own delivery across three connected programs: Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and Attack Surface Management. You will manage the OKR and epic portfolio, keep priorities current, and ensure committed work is loaded into engineering backlogs for on-time delivery.

You will track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, provide executive reporting, and drive governance

Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 12+ years of program or project management in software/security/infrastructure.
• Track record of managing multi-team programs with competing priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of agile delivery with enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow Agile).
• Experience managing OKRs and tying delivery to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
• Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OKR and epic portfolio across all three programs, including creation, refinement, sequencing, and status tracking.
• Lead ongoing reprioritization as scope and demand change and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Work with team leads, so each team's agile funnel reflects current priorities and supports committed delivery dates.
• Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, and drive them to resolution or elevate early.
• Produce executive-ready status, risk, and progress reporting for the whole portfolio.
• Run gate reviews and go/no-go checkpoints for major milestones.
• Model team capacity against competing priorities and raise conflicts early.
• Build repeatable standards, such as OKR governance and intake and planning templates, that scale across teams.
