True Anomaly, Inc. in Long Beach area is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Security & Infrastructure PMO.

You will anchor end-to-end delivery for Application Security and Platform Security initiatives, driving execution from intake through delivery and surfacing risks to leadership. You will coordinate with software engineering, IT, GRC, and external vendors, maintain milestone schedules in Jira, and balance security with pace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years combining application and platform security with technical program management
• Ability to manage concurrent workstreams with cross-functional dependencies and external stakeholders
• Clear, direct communicator able to simplify complex status for executives

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for App Security and Platform Security initiatives—plans, milestones, dependencies in Jira
• Run sprint/backlog grooming, weekly status, and quarterly planning with healthy backlog
• Estimate effort with team leads, decompose tasks, align resources across workstreams
• Serve software engineering teams as primary customers of App Security and Platform Security
• Manage cross-functional dependencies with software engineering, IT, GRC, cloud/platform, and external vendors
• Produce leadership-ready program visibility with milestone risks and roll-ups
• Partner with PMO Lead on roadmap planning and capacity planning
• Flex to other Security & Infrastructure programs as needed
