Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Security Organization to oversee three connected programs (Vulnerability, Configuration, Attack Surface). You will manage OKRs and epics, keep priorities current, and ensure work is loaded into engineering backlogs to meet delivery dates.

The role focuses on coordinating cross-team dependencies, managing risk, and delivering strategic outcomes while enabling leaders to focus on people and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions, or problem-solving.
• 12+ years of program or project management experience in software, security, or infrastructure organizations, or equivalent education.
• Track record managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning in enterprise tools.
• Experience managing OKRs and linking delivery to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive reporting.
• Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OKR and epic portfolio across VM, CM, and ASM.
• Lead ongoing reprioritization as scope and demand change and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Work with team leads so each team\'s agile funnel reflects current priorities and supports committed delivery dates.
• Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams and drive them to resolution or escalate early.
• Produce executive-ready status, risk, and progress reporting for the whole portfolio.
• Run gate reviews and go/no-go checkpoints for major milestones.
• Model team capacity against competing priorities and raise conflicts early.
• Build repeatable standards such as OKR governance and intake and planning templates.
