Job summary

Amazon’s Stores Security AVMS seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead remediation programs, partnering with engineers and business teams to drive strategic direction and measurable risk reduction. You will influence senior leaders, manage cross-functional workstreams, and ensure timely, secure remediation across Amazon’s services.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic, technical, and engineering direction of AVMS Remediation Program.
Prioritize deliverables, escalated roadblocks, and improve organizational processes.
Build trust with Principal Engineers and executive leaders to design improved solutions.
Champion and drive risk-based decisions across complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
