Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead security, software, or infrastructure initiatives. You will manage OKR and epic portfolios for vulnerability, configuration, and attack surface programs, coordinate cross-team priorities, and ensure work is tracked in backlogs to meet delivery dates.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders and a proven ability to reduce coordination load.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management in security, software, or infrastructure.
• Agile, OKR, and capacity planning experience; security domain knowledge preferred.
• In 6-12 months, have unified OKR view, aligned backlogs, and reduced coordination load.
