Moët Hennessy USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations in New York, hybrid 3x a week. The role partners with the Sr.

Manager to manage Total Rewards, HR Controlling, salary planning, payroll, and analytics. You will ensure accurate data, robust controls, and timely delivery of cycles across mobility, HRIS, and compensation. The position requires 5 years of HR experience, knowledge of HRIS (SuccessFactors), and strong analytical skills, with a focus on driving efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• Post graduate education a plus.
• 5 years of relevant HR and HR Controlling/Salary Planning experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; SuccessFactors preferred.
• Experience with data analytics and HR metrics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR controlling activities including headcount and workforce cost reporting.
• Assist annual compensation processes, data preparation and analysis.
• Support HRIS data integrity and payroll processes.
• Analyze headcount, workforce costs, and other HR data for planning.
• Manage mobility programs, reporting and related initiatives.
