Job summary

Moët Hennessy USA, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, People Communications & Culture to drive internal communications, engagement, and culture-building across the organization. You will coordinate content, events, and stakeholder inputs to strengthen belonging and align with corporate values.

The role partners with the People Team to advance DEI programming, CSR, and employee experiences, ensuring delivery of clear, timely communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, events, culture and engagement, HR, CSR, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the internal communications plan across email, intranet, town halls, and digital channels.
• Draft, format, and coordinate employee communications, talking points, FAQs, and leader materials.
• Coordinate inputs, approvals, distribution lists, and schedules with People Team and cross-functional partners.
• Plan and deliver town halls, recognition programs, culture-building activities, and engagement events.
• Maintain trackers, templates, and dashboards to monitor reach, engagement, and opportunities for improvement.
