Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, or related HR Centers of Excellence.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations or enterprise HRIS transformations; ADP experience is preferred.
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy, job architecture, market benchmarking, and incentive design.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations Center of Excellence and enterprise Total Rewards programs.
• Standardize HR policies, consolidate systems onto the ADP platform, and establish governance for data and reporting.
• Partner with Regional HR Business Partners to align policies and workflows across business units.
• Develop enterprise HR dashboards and reporting capabilities for leaders.
• Drive data governance, compliance, and continuous process improvements.
