Moët Hennessy USA, Inc. in New York is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards and People Operations to lead and coordinate Total Rewards, HR Controlling, salary planning, payroll, HR data and analytics, mobility, and related initiatives.

You’ll partner with the Sr. Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, strong controls, timely reporting, and compliant, efficient processes across the People Operations lifecycle.

The Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations serves as a key partner to the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations, supporting the effective management and execution of Total Rewards and People Operations programs. This role provides critical support across HR controlling, salary planning, annual compensation processes, reporting and analytics, payroll, mobility, HR systems, and organizational initiatives, helping to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, strong financial controls, and seamless execution of key People cycles and strategic projects.

Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office

Compensation: $110,000-$137,000/ Annually + Bonus

Job responsibilities

The Manager, will serve as a key operational partner to the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations, providing support across Total Rewards, HR controlling, salary planning, HRIS, payroll, HR data and analytics, mobility, and organizational initiatives.

HR Controlling & Salary Planning:

  • Serve as a key partner in maintaining accurate headcount and workforce cost data, supporting monthly reporting, reconciliations, submissions, and variance analysis.
  • Execute monthly HR controlling activities, including accruals, headcount reporting, workforce cost reporting, and related reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of required reporting.
  • Own People and workforce-related expense and invoice management, including submission, coding, tracking, reconciliation, and PO administration; serve as the designated PO requestor and ensure requests, expenditures, and supporting documentation adhere to established company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and coordinate workforce costs budget, partnering with Finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting and submission.

Compensation:

  • Support the administration and execution of compensation programs and annual processes, ensuring accurate data, consistent application, and alignment with company and LVMH/MH Global guidelines.
  • Provide key operational support for the annual ICR and salary planning processes, including data preparation, analysis, reporting, tracking, and coordination of timelines and deliverables.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data for Compensation survey participation.

HR Operations:

  • Support HR operations across HRIS and payroll, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, effective controls, and adherence to established processes.
  • Participate in and support project management of HRIS initiatives and projects.
  • Partner with HRIS and Payroll teams to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and improve HR workflows and processes.
  • Audit payroll and act as back-up for payroll administration in absence of Associate Manager, Payroll.
  • Manage and coordinate assigned projects and processes, ensuring accurate execution, timely deliverables, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of People Operations.

HR Data & Analytics

  • Maintain and analyze headcount, workforce, compensation, and other People data to support planning, decision-making, and organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager on HR data and analytics projects, including reporting enhancements, process improvements, automation, and organizational design and transformation initiatives.
  • Support HRIS data integrity and compliance by running audits and tracking changes across different platforms on a regular basis.

International & Domestic Mobility

  • Own the administration and execution of international and domestic mobility programs, ensuring timely execution, accurate documentation, and alignment with company and global policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, People Partners, vendors, and global teams, managing relocations, assignments, and related mobility activities from initiation through completion.
  • Own mobility reporting, budgeting, and expense management, while identifying and implementing opportunities to improve program processes and efficiency.
Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field. Post graduate education a plus.

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant Human Resources and HR Controlling/Salary Planning experience.
  • Experience working with and/or in the implementation of HRIS platforms, SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Experience with data analytics and HR metrics, including visual representation and decision support insights

Practical/Technical Knowledge

  • Self-starter and passion for HR, specifically Total Rewards and HR Controlling specializations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of basic Accounting and Financial principles.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
  • Experience with Power BI preferred.
