Paradies Lagardère seeks a strategic leader to design and oversee the company’s total rewards framework across compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs. You will drive executive compensation considerations, benchmark market data, and ensure internal equity while aligning with business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with strong compensation/benefits knowledge.
• Certifications CCP, CBP, SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Develop and oversee the total rewards strategy for compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and incentives.
• Design and administer base pay, short- and long-term incentive programs, and executive compensation.
