Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Total Rewards and Compensation Manager to design competitive pay programs across the United States. The role focuses on performance-based pay, compliance, and aligning compensation with our luxury retail brand.

You'll build multi-state strategies, model compensation scenarios, and partner with business leaders to drive talent attraction and retention while upholding governance and equity principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of compensation analysis experience, preferably in luxury retail or a similar industry.
• Expertise in total compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans.
• Multi-state experience and strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency, with experience in compensation modeling and analytics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
