Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking an Outside Account Manager to serve a portfolio of dealership accounts across the United States. You will act as a strategic advisor, driving sales and optimizing profitability through tailored action plans and strong dealer partnerships.

The role requires strategic thinking, high energy, and accountability, with responsibilities spanning sales growth, dealer coaching, pricing decisions, and close collaboration with service and parts managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training to maximize the business opportunity across all products.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and set competitive pricing to meet business objectives.
