Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking an Outside Account Manager in the United States to strategically manage dealership portfolios and drive sales across all products. You will tailor action plans with dealers, enhance service-advisor effectiveness, and coach teams to boost retail opportunities.

The role requires field travel, excellent relationship-building, and a proven sales mindset. Compensation includes base pay, potential commissions, and benefits aligned with performance and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Territory management experience preferred.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Full understanding of the sales process including negotiation and closing.
• Residence within assigned territory.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training to maximize the business opportunity across all products.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and set competitive pricing to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Manage all activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share best practices across the team and the dealership network to support continuous improvement.
