Dealer Tire, LLC seeks an Outside Account Manager in Pennsylvania to serve as a strategic advisor for a dealership portfolio. If you are energetic, accountable, and customer-focused, join our growing team and help drive sales across our tire and parts programs.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, territory management experience, and strong communication. You will travel to dealer accounts (up to 80%), develop action plans, coach on service and retail strategies, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills.
• Full understanding of sales process and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Be located within assigned territory.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training to maximize the business opportunity across all products.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and set competitive pricing to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Manage all activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share best practices across the team and the dealership network to support continuous improvement.
