Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking an Outdoor Outside Account Manager to serve a portfolio of dealer accounts across the United States. You will drive sales, develop action plans with dealers, and coach service teams to maximize opportunities for all products.

You will coordinate pricing, inventory, and ongoing dealer communications while maintaining Salesforce records. The role requires strategic thinking, high energy, and accountability, with the ability to work within assigned territories and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Full understanding of all aspects of the sales process and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Located within assigned territory.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and set competitive pricing.
• Develop and maintain consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Manage activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
