Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the Central US region. You will manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers, ensuring maximum value from our AI communications platform for community financial institutions.

You will drive retention, growth, and satisfaction by delivering onboarding, adoption, and strategic reviews, while collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams. Travel quarterly to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team player with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Data-driven approach and technical curiosity.
Willingness to travel quarterly to meet customers.
Customer-centric mindset and excellent communication.

Responsabilités

Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews to ensure outcomes.
Cultivate referenceable customers and advocate for their needs internally.
Develop and execute tailored success plans to help customers achieve goals.
Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales to close deals.
Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption.
Advocate for customers by relaying feedback to cross-functional teams.
Track customer health and retention metrics and maintain CRM records.
