You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver outcomes through our AI-powered communications platform while driving retention, growth, and overall satisfaction. Responsibilities include enterprise relationship management, multi-year success planning, onboarding and adoption, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales,

Formación

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand business, technical, and operational needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsabilidades

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts, executive reviews, ROI demonstration.
• Develop and execute multi-year success plans to achieve business goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for upsell.
• Lead onboarding projects and drive product adoption across teams.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Track health, retention, and expansion metrics and report to stakeholders.
