Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage ~20 high-impact financial institution customers within the US remote service region. You will drive retention, growth and satisfaction by partnering with executives, guiding adoption, and leading multi-year success plans.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales teams, track health metrics, and advocate for customers to influence roadmaps while delivering value through our AI-powered platform.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management, customer success) in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites for executive reviews and upsell discussions.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand business, technical, and operational needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive issue mitigation.

Aufgaben

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts, building executive-level partnerships and ROI.
• Develop and execute multi-year customer success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on account planning and upsell.
• Lead onboarding projects and drive adoption with training and enablement resources.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to Product/Engineering to influence roadmaps.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics and report to stakeholders.
