Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Tier-1 Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of roughly 20 high-impact financial institution customers across the US remote service region.

You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver transformative outcomes through Eltropy's AI-powered communications platform, driving retention, growth, and overall satisfaction. You will lead executive business reviews, develop multi-year success plans, and advocate for customer needs

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Experience managing Tier-1 or enterprise accounts.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication.
• Willing to travel up to 25% for executive reviews.
• Proven ability to drive retention, expansion, and ROI.

• Serve as the single point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
• Lead executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI.
