Responsibilities

• Manage ~20 Tier-1 accounts and executive relationships.
• Develop multi-year success plans and align with customer goals.
• Identify churn risks and mitigate through health scoring and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales on account planning and expansion opportunities.
• Lead onboarding projects across multiple teams and locations.
