Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is expanding its sales team in Austin to drive Outside sales of TIC services with a focus on strategic accounts. You will manage top regional accounts, develop territory plans, and coordinate with marketing to position services effectively.

The role demands strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with travel up to half the time and a fast-paced, independent work style.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of outside sales experience in the TIC industry.
• Or, at least 3 years of outside sales experience in the TIC industry with a minimum $3M annual revenue quota.
• Must be self-motivated, assertive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop territory with Sales Manager to grow new and existing sales.
• Manage top 100 region accounts with focus on 100K+ revenue per year.
• Develop documented account strategies to drive 20% annual portfolio growth.
• Align services with client needs and travel to client sites as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing for strategic positioning and cross-sell across divisions.
• Attend trade shows and prepare client presentations; maintain quotes, orders, leads.
