Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing seeks an experienced outside sales professional to manage strategic TIC accounts. The role requires spending more than 50% of time outside the office visiting clients and developing territory.

The position reports to the Sales Manager or Sales Director, with responsibilities to define account strategies to drive 20% annual growth, deliver proposals, and forecast sales while collaborating with marketing, engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in the TIC industry.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and superior presentation skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales
• Manage a list of strategic accounts that fall within the top 100 regionally (within assigned territory/vertical)
• Develop documented account strategies for all accounts that will generate 20% growth annually across the portfolio
• Ensure alignment of services with client needs
• Attend/participate in trade shows
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts and write and follow-up on proposals
• Maintain sales database
• Collaborate with Marketing Department for strategic positioning
• Work closely with staff to cross-sell to all Consumer Product Divisions
• Maintain quote/order levels
• Perform other work as required
