Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, sales development, or account management in consumer product testing (softlines/hardlines) or B2B services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and growth targets.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and consumer product safety protocols.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Scoro or similar) and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a hunter mindset and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline through research, inbound inquiries, cold outreach, and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls to evaluate client needs, budgets, and decision authority.
• Manage full-cycle sales and close revenue leveraging global Eurofins capabilities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and revenue forecasting.
• Lead reviews with key clients and coordinate onboarding with cross-divisional teams.
