This field-based role focuses on understanding customer needs and expanding account penetration across metal building components. You will lead new business development, manage key accounts, and train customers on Central States products and the Central Link platform, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 years sales experience
3 years field sales experience
3 years CRM experience

Responsibilities

Serve as field-based representative for Central States; foster customer relationships and on-site value.
Own new business development: acquire/activate accounts, prospect, and visit customers.
Develop territory plans to drive high-impact account growth and revenue.
Lead customer training on Central States products and Central Link.
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to support needs.
Represent Central States at trade shows and industry events.
