Job summary

Eddyfi Technologies is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory by acquiring new customers and expanding current accounts. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The position requires regular travel to customer locations and a proactive approach to building strong relationships with stakeholders while leveraging Salesforce for quotes, proposals, and CRM forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and territory growth.
• Track record of acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Experience working with B2B technical or industrial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets for instruments, software, and related products in the assigned territory.
• Drive new business by securing first-unit sales and expanding the account base.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to enhance customer satisfaction and performance.
• Coordinate accurate quotations through Salesforce/e-store and support proposal delivery.
• Research target accounts and promote the full product portfolio across the market.
• Develop territory plans focused on acquisition, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market insights to Product Managers and support forecasting.
• Prepare customer meetings, account plans, and sales presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast pipeline with accuracy.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and manage related administrative tasks.
