Pentair seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in the Northeast region, supporting the North Aurora, IL team from a home base in the Northeast. The role focuses on distributor channel strategies, specification influence, and end-to-end sales for commercial pump applications.

You will manage opportunities from specification through order, travel 50-60% and present Pentair solutions to technical and commercial audiences, while maintaining accurate forecasts in CRM.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in a distribution-led environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory plans and win project-based business.
• Working knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, or adjacent fluid-handling equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory strategy to meet bookings, revenue and margin targets.
• Lead and manage distributors/channel partners to achieve joint business plans.
• Drive demand by influencing engineers, consultants, and contractors to specify Pentair solutions.
• End-to-end opportunity management from specification to quotation and closing.
• Grow distributor relationships and expand coverage in emerging markets.
