Job summary
Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a sales professional to promote our chromatography instrument calibration, maintenance and repair services within an assigned territory. This role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, pricing negotiations, and delivering technical guidance to meet client needs.
The position offers a base compensation of $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year plus bonus, with potential for growth and commissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, operations or related field.
- 3–5 years of customer support or sales experience in B2B.
- Experience with complex programs or operations.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Expand market share through new business growth in assigned territory.
- Visit customers to assess needs and promote Pace services.
- Quote prices and terms for service agreements; negotiate as needed.
- Engage customers to discuss how Pace capabilities meet their needs.
- Provide analysis and guidance on sales policies and programs.
- Coordinate resources and respond to customer feedback.
