Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3–5 years in customer support or sales in a related field.
- Experience with complex programs or operations is a plus.
- B2B sales and relationship-building acumen is essential.
Responsibilities
- Promote Pace services within assigned territory and build retention.
- Visit customer sites to assess needs and promote services.
- Quote prices, terms, and service specs; negotiate terms.
- Lead discussions on how services meet customer needs and capabilities.
- Provide guidance on service features based on customer analysis.
- Coordinate responses and track customer feedback with teams.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and present recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy of sales/operational databases and reports.
