Sit in Omaha, NE with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish).
• Direct sales experience preferred; building product sales experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented.
• An enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
• Requires the consultative mind-set, solution-oriented method of selling.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Teams and Outlook 365.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP or other deal desk systems.
• *Insurability and valid US state driver's license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with existing customers.
• Sell Westlake Royal Building Products' concrete and clay roofing products and services to achieve targets in defined segments.
• Work with architects and designers so products are specified in planning documents.
• Interpret data from lead generation and market data and other reporting factors.
• Drive product performance to achieve market share, sales growth, and ASP.
• Develop and maintain territory plans to achieve objectives and sales goals.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relations by regularly meeting and consulting with current and potential customers.
• Build rapport with key decision makers within customers' organizations.
• Participate in local building and roofing trade shows.
• Provide technical advice to current and potential customers.
• Submit written and electronic sales reports and forecasts on time.
• Coordinate with accounting to keep AR current.
