Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products – Roofing Solutions seeks a sales professional to achievecompany sales and profitability targets in the assigned sales territory. Develop consultative relationships with Distributors, Custom home Builders, Roofing Contractors, General Contractors and Multi-Family Builders. Thorough understanding of the needs of these segments and key customers. Responsible for expanding market share and developing sales strategies.

Ideal candidate will be located in Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Direct sales experience in building products preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Excellent negotiating and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and stay detail oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with existing customers.
• Sell concrete and clay roofing products to defined segments to meet targets.
• Work with architects to have products specified in planning documents.
• Interpret data from lead generation and market research.
• Drive product performance to achieve market share and growth.
