Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a high-energy regional sales professional to drive growth across MA, NH, VT, RI, CT, Eastern NY and ME. You will build consultative relationships with Distributors, Custom home Builders, Roofing Contractors and General Contractors, promoting DaVinci, Unified Steel, Concrete and Clay Tile products and Roofing System Components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Direct sales experience preferred; building product sales experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiating skills and strong relationship-building.
• Consultative mind-set with a solution-oriented approach.
• MS Office proficiency; experience with Salesforce, SAP or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with existing customers and grow sales in defined segments.
• Sell concrete and clay roofing products to achieve targets in assigned regions.
• Collaborate with architects/designers to get products specified in plans.
• Analyze leads, market data, and forecasts to drive market share and ASP.
• Develop territory plans to meet business goals and budgets.
• Maintain positive customer relations and meet key decision-makers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer demonstrations.
