Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related sales experience preferred in distribution/retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, prospect and onboard new retail and distribution partners.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, increase product penetration and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and business reviews with partners.
• Negotiate product offerings, pricing, and contract terms.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with lead generation plans.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer support.
