The role requires independent ownership of a large territory, strategic account planning, and strong relationship management with internal teams to ensure successful execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of related sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail and distribution partners to expand market reach.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and business reviews with partners to promote products, pricing, and programs.
• Negotiate product offerings, pricing, and contract terms within guidelines to secure business.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with lead generation and account development plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution and partner satisfaction.
• Provide insights, training, and support on product offerings and market positioning.
• Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and sales activity in CRM.
