Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail and distribution partners.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and business reviews with partners to promote products and programs.
• Negotiate product offerings, pricing, and contract terms within guidelines.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline via lead generation and account development plans.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners on product offerings and merchandising.
• Resolve complex issues by applying sound judgment and coordinating cross-functional solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Provide informal leadership and contribute to sales initiatives.
