Job summary

Abbott is seeking a TAVI Territory Manager to drive sales and clinical outcomes for Structural Heart solutions. The role covers commercial accounts and trial sites in the assigned territory and reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in cardiovascular sales with 3+ years in Structural Heart, and will coordinate with clinical specialists while building customer relationships across hospitals to support program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years' cardiovascular sales experience, 3+ years of which are Structural Heart or related.
• Demonstrates clinical competency and understanding of structural heart disease.
• Strong clinical acumen, proven sales performance, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Regional Sales Director to identify account opportunities and achieve quarterly sales objectives.
• Coordinates daily territory activities with Clinical Sales Specialists and regional leads.
• Develops and implements customer-focused sales and clinical strategies for TAVI program goals.
• Develops actionable sales and account plans using clinical, sales and data analytics.
• Utilizes SFDC and other sales tools to manage the sales process.
• Completes field training to support cases solo and vendor credentialing as required.
• Provides in-service and on-site training for proper use of products.
