Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Strongsville, OH to expand and retain customers, grow revenue, and coordinate with vendors and branches.

The role focuses on servicing pool/aquatics accounts, building relationships, and delivering measurable results across a multi-million-dollar territory. You will develop annual sales plans, promote products, support branch operations, and provide leadership insights to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in pool/aquatics industry.
• Proven success in B2B sales and managing multi-million-dollar territories.
• Strong CRM and communication skills, with solid understanding of sales strategies.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Expand and retain the customer base by building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop and execute territory and annual sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
• Promote product offerings and stay current on industry innovations.
• Plan and execute vendor programs and promotions to increase sales.
