Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across an assigned geography by developing strategic territory plans and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, health systems, and other stakeholders.

You will communicate clinical and product information, analyze market dynamics, and execute promotional programs while ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Ability to travel as required, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Analyze territory performance, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory as a business, prioritizing accounts and resources to maximize ROI.
• Utilize CRM and sales analytics to optimize targeting, call planning, and territory execution.
