Job summary

Abbott Heart Failure is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth in the cardiovascular portfolio. You will manage key accounts, prepare bids and quotes, and work with clinical, marketing and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions across the territory.

The role requires five years of medical device sales experience in Cardiovascular, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field required.
• Five years of medical device sales experience in cardiovascular.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Understanding of hospital account management and ability to establish customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in SIP and Vital Few.
• Clinical knowledge of all Abbott Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) systems to support cases.
• Manage business processes including contract negotiation, price quotes, complaints, and monthly reports.
• Communicate and collaborate with Territory Team, Training and Education, Center Development, Reimbursement, and Support teams.
• Grow the business with a targeted approach and forecast territory revenue to support the annual plan.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to industry guidelines.
