Humana / CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to promote our services and develop referral source relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory.

You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts per the market sales plan, gathering and organizing account information and providing feedback on opportunities. Travel within territory and to meetings is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g nursing) or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care and develop referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide feedback on important customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
